We’re devoted to the privacy of our customers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose “personal information” and other “non-personal information” we might gather about you in relation to our app, including the associated website. Note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is only limited to information collected through the use of the App and the associated website. By using the App, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and we encourage you to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes.
Information We Collect
When you use the app, we do not require you to provide personal or other data that directly identifies you (such as name or email address). We may collect personal data from you (which may include your name or email address) if you contact us, subscribe to newsletters, or purchase a product (or use “in-app purchase”). The app functions without access to the internet or any other network services.
TrueDepth API
Our apps make use of automatically collected information using the device camera and the TrueDepth API provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to track the user’s head and face so that the user can control the AR experience by moving their device and their head. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user's device nor is it persistently stored on the device.
Log Files
We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the App. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their digital activity.
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information to us, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will make our best efforts to remove such information from our records promptly.
